PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement system for a biological activity attributed to the respiration in which a measurement condition for a biological activity is hardly affected by a surrounding environment.SOLUTION: A measurement system includes a light source 20, an imaging device 10 for generating a video image, and an image processing circuit for measuring a biological activity of a subject using the video image. A reflection marker 40 is disposed at a position where a body motion accompanying the respiration of the subject is generated. When a light is emitted toward the subject from the light source 20, the imaging device 10 receives the light reflected by the reflection marker 40 and generates a video image. The image processing circuit receives the video image from the imaging device 10, and measures the biological activity attributed to the respiration of the subject based on a change in a luminance value of a plurality of frame images.
