PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope and an endoscope system for performing a suction operation from an adhesion part to intestinal wall, while operating an endoscope with both hands as in a conventional manner.SOLUTION: The endoscope 1 includes: the distal end opening 9 of a treatment implement insertion channel, which is arranged at the distal end of an insertion part 2 and is used also as a suction hole the adhesion part 20 to intestinal wall arranged in the outer circumference of the insertion part 2 a suction unit 18 connected to the distal end opening 9 and the adhesion part 20 to intestinal wall a suction operation changeover part 27 for performing an operation to change-over suction by the distal end opening 9 and adhesion to the intestinal wall by the adhesion part 20.
