The present invention provides a method for producing immunogenic synthetic oligopeptides for a vaccine against HIV. The oligopeptides are formed by minimal immune determinants uniquely present in antigens of interest and are useful for evoking specific, effective and non-crossreactive immune responses in immunotherapies and immunodiagnostics. The determinants are connected to each other by linkers, wherein each linker contains at least one element that is not a human aminoacid. The invention also provides a pharmaceutical preparation, such as a vaccine, which comprises said immunogenic synthetic oligopeptides.La présente invention concerne un procédé de production doligopeptides synthétiques immunogènes pour un vaccin contre le VIH. Les oligopeptides sont formés par des déterminants dimmunité minimaux exclusivement présents dans des antigènes dintérêt et qui sont utiles pour susciter des réponses immunitaires spécifiques, efficaces et ne provoquant pas de réaction croisée dans des immunothérapies et des immunodiagnostics. Les déterminants sont connectés les uns aux autres par des lieurs, chaque lieur contenant au moins un élément qui nest pas un acide aminé humain. Linvention concerne également une préparation pharmaceutique, telle quun vaccin, qui comprend lesdits oligopeptides synthétiques immunogènes.
