PURPOSE: A feed additive for fresh-water eel using processed sulfur and vegetable lactobacillus, a producing method thereof, and a breeding method of the fresh-water eel using thereof are provided to reduce the death rate of the eel. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a feed additive for fresh-water eel using processed sulfur and vegetable lactobacillus comprises a step of cultivating lactobacillus and yeast in a medium containing bean curd dregs and glutinous rice. The lactobacillus is lactobacillus fermentum. The yeast is produced by mixing vegetable lactobacillus obtained from culturing pichia kluyveri with the processed sulfur. The feed additive contains 65-70% of vegetable lactobacillus and 30-35% of processed sulfur.본 발명은 장어 양식용 사료첨가제에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 법제유황과 식물성유산균으로 이루어지는 사료첨가제를 제조하고, 이를 일반수산사료에 첨가하여 장어를 양식함으로서, 폐사량을 없애고 무해한 안전성 기준인 중금속, 패류독소, 식중독균, 항생물질 등 유해물질이 없는 민물장어를 양식코자 하는 것이다.
