El anticuerpo utilizado en esta terapia bloquea la interaccion entre PD1 (molecula de muerte programada 1) y su ligando PD-L1 y un inhibidor de los receptores del factor de crecimiento de fibroblastos (FGFR), en donde se administran el anticuerpo que bloquea la interaccion entre PD-1 y PD-L1 y el inhibidor de FGFR si hay una o mas variantes de FGFR presentes en una muestra biologica del paciente
