PURPOSE: A wave dissipating caisson block structure is provided to include a plurality of dissipative means, thereby improving the safety of facility in a ship or a harbor and reducing design load. CONSTITUTION: A wave dissipating caisson block structure includes a plurality of caissons (10), a surface structure, and a foundation. A plurality of partition rooms (11) are formed in the caisson, and the partition rooms are filled with filler (12). The respective caisson includes an outer port side wall adjacent to an outer port and an inner port side wall adjacent to an inner port, and a seawater passage (17) is formed across the outer port side wall and the inner port side wall. A plurality of dissipative means that compensate the supporting force of caisson by sequentially dissipating wave are protruded on the upper portion of outer port side wall.본 발명은 외항에서 내습하는 파랑에너지를 효율적으로 소산함과 더불어 해수를 내항과 외항 사이에서 효과적으로 소통시킬 수 있는 소파 케이슨 블록 구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 소파 케이슨 블록 구조물은, 일렬로 거치되는 복수의 케이슨을 포함하고, 각 케이슨의 내부에는 복수의 격실이 형성되고, 복수의 격실에는 충전재가 속채움되며, 상기 각 케이슨의 상부에는 상치구조물이 배치되고, 상기 각 케이슨의 하부에는 기초층이 배치되며, 상기 각 케이슨은 외항에 인접한 외항측벽 및 내항에 인접한 내항측벽을 가지고, 상기 외항측벽 및 상기 내항측벽을 가로질러 직선방향으로 형성된 하나 이상의 해수유통로가 형성되며, 상기 각 케이슨의 외항측벽 상부에는 파랑을 순차적으로 소산시켜 케이슨의 지지력을 보완하는 복수의 소산수단이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
