PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub handrail which is reduced in weight while securing the strength of a body device to which a handrail is mounted and allows an operation for adjusting an interval between the body device and a pressure receiving device to be smoothly performed.SOLUTION: The bathtub handrail includes: a body device 5 to which a handrail 4 is mounted a pressure receiving device 7 which is formed by setting a pressure receiving plate 6 disposed to be opposed to one side surface of a sidewall of a bathtub and a pressure plate 9 moving in a direction toward and away from the other side surface of the sidewall of the bathtub by operation of an operation handle 8. The pressure receiving device 7 is formed to have a vertical member 36 to which the pressure receiving plate 6 is mounted, and a slide bar 12 which horizontally extends out from the upper end of the vertical member 36.
