A garlic harvester, according to the present invention, comprises: a main frame (200) detachably mounted on an upper portion of a self-propelled vehicle (100)； a subframe (300) installed on the main frame (200) to be adjustable in angle； an excavating portion (400) installed on a lower portion of the front of the subframe (300)； a stem entry guide portion (500) installed in front of the subframe (300) to be located in front of the excavating portion (400) and leading and erecting garlic stems planted in a field； a pullout transfer portion (600) extending from the front to the rear of the subframe (300) to pull out the garlic stems, which are pulled thereinto from the stem entry guide portion (500) and excavated from the excavating portion (400), and transferring the garlic stems to the rear； a dust removing portion (700) installed on a lower side of the pullout transfer portion (600) to remove soil adhering to garlic in a process in which the same is transferred to an upper portion of the rear through the pullout transfer portion (600)； and a garlic collecting unit (800) installed in rear of the subframe (300) to collect the garlic pulled out and transferred.
