PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic measurement device manufacturing method and a gas cell manufacturing method with which it is possible to suppress a decrease in manufacturing yield and an increase in manufacturing man-hours and improve productivity.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a magnetic measurement device 100 for measuring a magnetic field includes: a storing step of inserting an ampule 20 from an opening 18 into a reservoir 16 of a cell part 12 having a main chamber 14, the reservoir 16 communicating with the main chamber 14 and having a longitudinal direction and an opening 18 provided at an opposite side to the main chamber 14 in the longitudinal direction of the reservoir 16, and storing the ampule 20 therein a sealing step of sealing the opening 18 with a sealing part 19 and an irradiation step of irradiating a pulsed laser beam 40 to the ampule 20.
