PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct electron donation method in which electron donor power of hydrogen is directly donated to a skin surface or to organic matter being innumerable porosity tissue microscopically and having innumerable protein, sugar chain and lipid ingredients incorporated three-dimensionally.SOLUTION: Hydrogen water is made to flow by using a tube from a hydrogen water server producing hydrogen water to a portion near to the bottom of an aquarium capable of dipping both hands, both feet, a head or a face.
