A cultivation system with circulating water flow comprises a cultivation pool and a nitrification pool composed of concrete. The pools are equipped with a water-flow generating mechanism. A water circulating mechanism is connectedly disposed between these pools. The nitrification pool is additionally disposed therein a bacteria attachment frame to be attached by microorganisms for generating the nitrification reaction. The water-flow generating mechanism can pivotally push the pools water to generate a rotational water flow.
