A suture device (10) for an extremely complicated surgery includes two branched units (15, 16) which have suture jaws (19, 20, 36, 37) and can be operated with suture voltage, which is preferably 80-120 volts. Tissue receptacles (53, 54), separated from each other by a wall-shaped extension unit (24) having a cutting electrode (31) on a lower edge portion, are formed between the branched units (15, 16). Cutting voltage between 300-500 volts is applied to a space between the branched unit (16) and the cutting electrode. When the branched units are closed, gripped tissue is sutured between the suture jaws (19, 20, 36, 37) and is cut by the cutting electrode (31). For example, the tissue is completely cut after 0.3-0.5 seconds and sutured for totally about 1.5-3.5 seconds which are longer time than time for cutting.
