The present invention relates to a phantom and a phantom system. The phantom of the present invention is formed by combining blocks. The phantom can be easily manufactured by blocks having different elastic constants so that it has various shapes, movements, tissue densities. Especially, the movements of tissue which changes the position change of cancer according to the movement and has high volume variation rate such as lung, can be described. Thereby, it can be used for patient replacement for 4D-CT performance evaluation, radiation measurement.본 발명은 팬텀 및 팬텀 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 팬텀은 복수 개 블록의 결합으로 이루어지고, 서로 다른 탄성 계수를 갖는 블록으로 이루어져 다양한 형태, 움직임, 조직 밀도를 갖는 팬텀을 용이하게 제작할 수 있으며, 특히 폐와 같이 체적 변화율이 높고 운동에 따라 종양의 위치 모양 변화 가능성이 있는 조직의 움직임도 정확히 모사할 수 있어 4D-CT 성능 평가, 방사선량 측정 등에 있어 환자 대체용으로 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
