PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomizer for generating charged particulate water, having high adsorbing properties and a long service life in air though radicals are contained, and capable of extremely effectively obtaining adsorbing properties and an action due to inclusion of the radicals.SOLUTION: The electrostatic atomizer includes: conveying bodies 2 for holding a water reservoir part 1 and water and a voltage applying part 5 for applying high voltage to the water held by the conveying body.
