The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating pruritus comprising pyrazole derivatives as active ingredients and a screening method for detecting the same. According to the present invention, the pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating pruritus can alleviate symptoms of pruritus by inhibiting the activity of Mrgpr X1 in a cell and also can be used as an agent for preventing or treating histamine-mediated pruritus by alleviating symptoms of pruritus by inhibiting the activity of hH1R in a cell. Furthermore, the pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating pruritus has been proved to have a significant effect of improving dry skin by testing with a mouse model and thus can be advantageously used as a treatment agent for dry skin. In addition, according to the present invention, the pharmaceutical composition can alleviate symptoms of pruritus caused by psoriasis and thus can be advantageously used as a treatment agent for psoriasis.
