PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate composition that is capable of emitting terahertz wave, and effective for treatment of cancer, Parkinson disease, depression, atopic dermatitis or the like.SOLUTION: A particulate composition has porous particulate silicon oxide as a main component, and furthermore contains terahertz wave-emitting compound capable of emitting terahertz wave. It is preferable that the maximum diameter of particles of the particulate silicon oxide be 130 to 180nm.
