The hand piece 2 includes: an RF wave antenna coil 16 mounted in the housing thereof a filter ID memory 17a storing the number of times that the detachable filter 3 is used and other identification information and an IC tag 17 with an IC tag antenna 17b configured to receive RF wave generated by the RF wave antenna coil 16 and transmit the identification information by use of the RF reflection wave. The IC tag 17 is provided on the frame 3a.
