PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromechanical conversion device which enables an electromechanical transducer to be mounted on a circuit board with a warp of the transducer corrected, and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: In the electromechanical conversion device, circuit boards 103 and 104 and an electromechanical transducer 101 are laminated being electrically connected with each other via conductive adhesive 102. Lamination of the circuit boards 103 and 104 comprises more than one layer.
