PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively deliver C-glycoside such as C-xyloside to below the stratum corneum of the skin, i.e., the epidermis and/or dermis of the skin, preferably the dermoepidermal junction of the skin.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a microneedle sheet comprising a substrate sheet and a plurality of microneedles on the substrate sheet. The microneedle has a height of 50 to 1000 microns, preferably 100 to 300 microns, and more preferably 150 to 250 microns. The microneedle comprises at least one water-soluble or water-dispersible polymer, and at least one C-glycoside.
