SOLUTION: The microneedle sheet 1 of the present invention is obtained by piercing the skin with a plurality of microneedle 3, a sheet-like base material sheet 2, and the microneedle sheet 1 in close contact with the skin. It is characterized by having a groove portion 5 as an adhesion mechanism for adhering keratin to the microneedle 3 when the microneedle sheet 1 is peeled off.
