PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling planting device stably supporting a seedling mount table.SOLUTION: A seedling planting device includes support parts 50 moving and guiding a seedling mount table 15 in a machine body lateral direction and supporting the seedling mount table 15 at plural positions in the machine body lateral direction. Each support part 50 supports load of the seedling mount table 15 in a seedling vertical feed direction via a first support wheel body 53 freely rotating in a rotation shaft core X in a direction crossing the seedling vertical feed direction.
