PURPOSE: A synthetic resin transparency envelope for the EO gas sterilization disinfection of a medical appliance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate the sterilization and packaging of the medical appliance by injecting and exhausting the EO gas after adhering four peripheral part of the envelope.CONSTITUTION: A bottom surface film(1) is formed with the polypropylene film which has the thickness of 70 micron. A cover film(2) is formed with the polypropylene film which has the thickness of 30 micron. A groove(3) in which a scanner(5) is accommodated is formed in the bottom surface film. A peripheral part(4) of the bottom surface film is fused with the cover film. A minute scratch which suppresses the entrance of the foreign substance is formed in one of the bottom surface film or the transparent film.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 투명한 합성 수지로 바닥 필름(1)과 덮개 필름(2)이 형성되는 의료기구의 이오 가스 멸균용 투명 봉투에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 멸균 봉투를 구성하는 바닥 필름이나 덮개 필름 중의 하나에 약20,000~30,000cc/24h 정도의 가스 투과성을 갖는 미세한 흠집들이 형성되어 있다. 본 발명에 의하면 그동안 삼면을 접착시키고 한 면을 개봉하여 이오 가스 멸균 후, 다시 한 면을 접착하는 번거로움과 시간을 절약할 수 있어서 투명 봉투에 이오 가스에 의한 멸균을 원활하게 할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
