PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical excipient complex capable of improving solubility of a drug when introduced to a pharmaceutical composition containing a lowly water-soluble drug.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical excipient complex is prepared by combining at least one carrier with an oily substance.
