PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a composite sheet favorably manufacturing the composite sheet having specific recessed and projection shapes.
SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the composite sheet 1 where numerous recessed parts 1B are formed by joining the sheet 2 and 3 together, and protrusions 1A are formed in parts other than the recessed parts 1B on the sheet 2, when forming recessed and projection parts by feeding the sheet 2 between the rolls, while a roll 11 and a roll 12 having recessed and projection parts are rotated so that the recessed and projection parts are engaged with each other, the protrusions of the roll 12 are provided to be asymmetrical in relation to the center in the rotation shaft direction of the roll 11 at the recessed part of the roll 11 and/or in a direction crossing the direction, at the pressing-in position of the sheet 2 by the protrusions of the roll 12 to the recessed parts of the roll 11, after forming the recessed and projection parts on the sheet 2, the sheet 3 is superposed on it in a state that the sheet 2 is held on the roll 11 to partly join both sheets.
