The coil driving power supply includes a control unit configured to control the coil driving power supply to select the specific current waveform pattern among a plurality of current waveform patterns predetermined for each of the plurality of excitation coils, based on the type of the excitation coil distinguished by the coil type detection device and supply the current with the specific current waveform pattern to the excitation coil.
