PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic taking a form of an emulsion excellent in heat stability and long-term stability and giving good use feeling and to provide a method for producing this cosmetic.SOLUTION: The cosmetic is an emulsified one wherein the constituent higher alcohol component comprises two or more higher alcohols of melting points of 45°C or higher and is contained in an amount of 0.8-20 wt.% based on the entire weight of the cosmetic, and the constituent polysaccharide comprises at least one type of constituent monosaccharides selected from among fucose, glucose, glucuronic acid and rhamnose, and having fucose and/or rhamnose in the side chain and is contained in an amount of 0.01-1 wt.%, based on the entire weight of the cosmetic, the constituent oily component comprises two or more components, and is contained in an amount of 1-35 wt.% based on the entire weight of the cosmetic, and contains at least one oil component, except silicone oil, having a solubility parameter deviated from that of the higher alcohol by below 0.3, and the deviation among the solubility parameters of the individual oily components except silicone oil is 0.6 or less.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】熱安定性や経時安定性に優れた乳化を形成し、さらに使用感の良い化粧料及び、この化粧料の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】化粧料において、高級アルコールは、融点が45℃以上の高級アルコールを2種以上含有し、化粧料の全量に対して0.8重量%~20重量%含有され、多糖類はフコース、グルコース、グルクロン酸、ラムノースのうち、少なくとも1種を構成単糖とし、フコースおよび/又はラムノースを側鎖に含む多糖類を、化粧料の全量に対して0.01重量%~1重量%含有され、油性成分は、2種以上の成分を含み、化粧料の全量に対して1重量%~35重量%含有され、高級アルコールの溶解度パラメーター値からの乖離が0.3未満のシリコーン油以外の油性成分を少なくとも1種含み、シリコーン油以外の油性成分の溶解度パラメーター値の乖離が0.6以下である乳化状態の化粧料である。【選択図】図2
