The composition, according to the present invention, comprises a support that can be distributed over a plant target； the carrier contains microorganisms and their nutritive agent. The carrier comprises a liquid in which the nutrient is soluble. The composition contains a film-forming agent whose distribution on the target ensures the maintenance of microorganisms. The microorganisms remain in the stabilized state of conservation as long as they have not been distributed on the target by the support to induce the expected biological response. La composition, selon la présente invention, comporte un support répartissable sur une cible végétale ； le support renferme des microorganismes et leur agent nutritif. Le support comporte un liquide dans lequel est soluble l'agent nutritif. La composition renferme un agent filmogène, dont la distribution sur la cible y assure le maintien des microorganismes. Les microorganismes restent à l'état stabilisé de conservation tant qu'ils n'ont pas été répartis sur la cible par le support pour induire la réponse biologique attendue.
