The present invention relates to vessel physiology related measurements. A device is provided in order to improve workflow, e.g. in view of measurements in an interventional procedure performed in a cathlab. The device comprises an input unit, a processing unit and an output unit. The input unit is configured to receive at least one vessel physiology related measurement from a detection device inserted into the vessel; and to receive location information of the detection device, which location information is related to a position of the detection device inside the vessel during the vessel physiology related measurement. The processing unit is configured to determine a reliability factor for the vessel physiology related measurement based on the location information. The output unit is configured to provide the reliability factor for the vessel physiology related measurements.
