The present disclosure provides methods for treating cancer in a patient in need of such treatment, the method includes prequalifying a patients therapeutic treatment by performing a molecular imaging procedure to the patient using a labeled biomarker specific for a cancer target at the tumor site and administering a therapeutic effective amount of a compound comprising a targeting agent linked to a chemotherapeutic or a targeting agent linked to an antibody.
