A compound has a formula (I) R1-Wm-Xn-AA1-AA2-AA3-AA4-AA5-AA6-(AA7)a-(AA8)b-Yp-Zq-R2, its stereoisomers and/or its cosmetically or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, wherein: AA1 is Glu or replaced by Asp, Gln or Asn, AA2 is Glu or replaced by Asp or Gln； AA3 is Met or replaced by Leu or Ile； AA4 is Gln or replaced by Glu, Asn or Asp； AA5 is Arg or replaced by Lys； AA6 is Arg or replaced by Lys or His； AA7 is Ala, Ser, Gly, Thr, Pro, Glu, Lys, or Val； AA8 is Asp, Glu, Asn, or Gln. In the compound, no more than two of AA1, AA2, AA3, AA4, AA5 and AA6 are replaced, a and b are 0 or 1； W, X, Y and Z are amino acids； m, n, p and q are each 0 or 1； and R1 and R2 are not amino acids.
