The cart includes a frame portion, a wheel, a wheel locking portion and a stop portion. In the frame part, a plurality of frames are combined to form an exoskeleton. The wheel is coupled to a lower portion of the frame. The wheel locking portion includes a grip portion connected to the frame portion, and when the grip portion is pressed downward, the wheel locking is released so that the wheel can be rotated.
