Die vorliegende Anmeldung betrifft ein Implantat für Röhrenknochen sowie em Verfahren zur Behandlung von Frakturen von Röhrenknochen. Das Implantat dient zum Verbinden zweier Teile eines im Wesentlichen glatt gebrochenen Röhrenknochens. Das Implantat ist dabei durch ein Formstück gebildet, das dazu bestimmt ist, in den Markraum eines gebrochenen Röhrenknochens eingeführt zu werden. Das Formstück weist dabei mindestens eine Durchgangsöffnung mit einem im Wesentlichen konstanten Innendurchmesser auf, die sich im Wesentlichen durch das gesamte Formstück erstreckt, und durch die ein Seil zur Stabilisierung des Bruchs gezogen werden kann. Das Formstück ist aus einem resorbierbaren Material gebildet, und zwei Ankerteile können an dem Seil befestigt werden. Die Ankerteile sind dazu bestimmt, das Seil an dem Knochen zu fixieren, und das Formstück ist dazu bestimmt, das Prinzip des innen verspannten Stapels zu nutzen, um die Bruchflächen des Knochens gegeneinander zu pressen.The present application relates to an implant for tubular bones and to a method for treating fractures of tubular bones.
