The first quantity of exfoliating agent is dispersed throughout the cleansing surfactant base. The second quantity of exfoliating agent is concentrated on a first external surface of the cleansing surfactant base. The muscle relaxing agent is concentrated on a second external surface of the cleansing surfactant base. The muscle relaxing agent has a magnesium chloride.
