The present invention relates to an easily washable cloth diaper having a selectively changeable contact surface, wherein the easily washable cloth diaper comprises: (1) a contact part comprising: a main contact surface coupled with a first cover and a second cover made of easily washable fibers, equipped with a contact liner contacting the surface of skin, wherein the main contact surface enables the contact liner to contact the surface of skin with the first cover and an assisting contact surface formed on the opposite side thereof and (2) an absorbing part coupled with the first cover, the second cover, or a third cover and enabling an insertion-type absorption member to be inserted therein, wherein the third cover is made of waterproof material and coupled with the first cover and second cover. The third cover is elastically deformed and enlarged to be overturned so that one of the main contact surface and assisting contact surface of the contact part is selectively exposed and an original shape can be re-maintained. Even when a cloth diaper made of a fabric woven with a mixed fiber mixed with a synthetic or natural fiber is used, a contact guide of the present invention is produced, inserted, and used as a natural fiber such as pure cotton, hemp, and bamboo fibers, so that a natural fiber can be applied to a skin contact surface and the advantages of a cloth diaper can be maintained. Moreover, the first cover and second cover having openings and the like formed therein can be selectively used, so that selective replacement is possible when a user wants to expose the second cover in which a contact liner is not used.
