The present invention relates to an emotional lighting apparatus comprising: a brain wave measurement unit for measuring brain wave as worn on the head of a user； an electrocardiogram measurement unit for measuring electrocardiogram as attached to the chest of the user； a determination unit for determining an emotional state of the user by using the measured brain wave and data of the electrocardiogram； and a control unit for controlling conditions of a lighting according to the emotional state of the user determined by the determination unit. According to the present invention, as a lighting can be adjusted by considering a psychological sate or an emotional state of a user, the user can be provided with a comfortable and relaxing indoor environment.본 발명은 감성 조명 장치에 있어서, 사용자의 머리에 착용되어 뇌파를 측정하는 뇌파 측정부； 사용자의 가슴에 부착되어 심전도를 측정하는 심전도 측정부； 측정된 뇌파와 심전도의 데이터를 이용하여 사용자의 감성 상태를 판단하는 판단부； 및 판단부에서 판단된 사용자의 감성 상태에 따라 조명의 조건을 조절하는 제어부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 사용자의 심리 상태나 감정 상태를 고려하여 조명이 제어되므로 사용자에게 편안하고 이완된 상태의 실내 환경을 제공하는 이점이 있다.
