Disclosed are an electrical stimulation system and an electrical stimulation method which determine brain diseases based on a brainwave signal of a user and can apply electrical stimulation based on the determined brain disease information to the brain of the user. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the electrical stimulation system comprises an analysis unit determining brain diseases by analyzing the brainwave signal of the user and setting electrical stimulation information which is applied to the user based on the determined result； and an electrical stimulation device measuring the brainwave signal of the user by being put on head of the user and noninvasively applying electrical stimulation based on the set electrical stimulation information to brain of the user.사용자의 뇌파 신호에 기초하여 뇌 질환을 판단하고, 판단된 뇌 질환 정보에 기초한 전기 자극을 사용자의 뇌로 인가할 수 있는 전기 자극 시스템 및 전기 자극 방법이 게시된다. 전기 자극 시스템의 일 실시예는 사용자의 뇌파 신호를 분석하여 뇌 질환을 판단하고, 상기 판단 결과에 기초하여 상기 사용자에게 인가할 전기 자극의 정보를 설정하는 분석부； 및 상기 사용자의 머리에 착용되어, 상기 사용자의 뇌파 신호를 측정하고, 상기 설정된 전기 자극의 정보에 기초한 전기 자극을 상기 사용자의 뇌에 비침습적으로 인가하는 전기 자극 장치를 포함한다.
