PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fish-culturing feed whose feeding stability and preservability are excellent and which is excellent in baiting performance and feed efficiency.SOLUTION: The fish-culturing feed includes: an outer layer constructed of heated gel of protein and/or starch； and an inner layer constructed of a composition containing nutritious components having fish meal and oil and fat as essential ingredient. The oil and fat in the inner layer includes oil and fat having fish oil and hardened oil having a melting point of &ge；50°C. The preferable protein includes minced fish meat, picked fish meat, krill, gelatine, collagen, gluten, albumen and soybean protein. The preferable starch includes tapioca starch, wheat starch, potato starch, corn starch, bean starch, waxy cornstarch, and processed starch thereof.
