PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanter capable of forming a hole in a belt-like sheet appropriately.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter 1 forms a hole on a surface of a mulch film 19 spread over a ridge by a hole formation device 500 and plants a seedling 22 in the hole formed by the hole formation device 500 while travelling along a ridge U of a field.
