PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately synchronize the ejection of a contrast agent and the radiography and to inhibit ineffective irradiation by directly observing the contrast agent ejected from an ejection port of a contrast agent ejection part at the distal end of a catheter.SOLUTION: The radiation imaging system is provided comprising the contrast agent ejection part for ejecting the contrast agent into a subject a contrast agent detection part for detecting the contrast agent ejected into the subject from the contrast agent ejection part and an imaging control part for performing the radiation imaging of the subject if the contrast agent detection part detects the contrast agent.
