PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preventing reduction of lubricity of a movable or a slidable part in a plastic discharge related member when oily composition is used by filling it to a discharge type vessel.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition for a discharge type vessel manufactured by containing 0.01 to 10 mass% of silicone oil in an emulsification type composition containing an oily composition consisting of only an oily component or the oily component.
