PURPOSE: A route guiding device for the blind and a route guiding method for the blind using the same are provided to prevent safety accidents due to collision with people. CONSTITUTION: A route guiding device for the blind comprises a main body(10), a memory unit(32), an input unit, an output unit(34), and a route guide module(30). The main body is carried by the blind. In the memory unit, location information and route information are saved. In the main body, a plurality of laser lamps is installed in a radial structure. The laser lamp forms a light area by irradiating laser beam in each progressive direction.본 발명 장애인의 예상 이동 경로를 주변인들이 예측 가능하도록 안내하고, 시각 장애인에게는 현 위치에서 목적지로 향하는 이동경로를 안내하는 시각 장애인용 이동 경로 안내장치와, 이를 이용한 시각 장애인용 이동 경로 안내방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 본체에, 각 진행방향으로 레이저 빔을 조사하여 광영역을 형성하는 복수의 레이저 램프를 방사구조로 설치하여, 제어부가 복수의 레이저 램프 중, 출력부를 통해 안내되는 경로정보의 진행방향으로 레이저 빔을 조사하는 해당 레이저 램프를 점등시켜 진행방향의 전방에 광영역을 형성하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하고 있다.
