PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing agent for a water-containing solid phantom allowing a large-sized molded product to be easily formed at a room temperature and high in transparency and heat stability, and the water-containing solid phantom.SOLUTION: The curing agent for the water-containing solid phantom includes a reactant (C) of an ammonia reactant (A) of a copolymer of an ethylenic unsaturated compound and maleic anhydride, and gelatin (B), and is formed by gelling water with the reactant (C).
