The present invention relates to a method for adsorbing whey protein using pine bark and pine bark-derived polyphenols. According to the present invention, pine bark and proanthocyanidins (PAs) which are main components of pine bark can be selectively adsorbed with whey protein, thereby enabling production of PAs-whey protein composites or pine bark-whey protein composites at an adsorption temperature of 0-50°C for 2-12 hours for adsorption. The composites obtained thereby can be used in functional foods as well as functional protein feed for livestock.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 소나무 수피 및 소나무 수피의 주성분인 프로안토시아니딘류(PAs)가 유청단백질과 선택적으로 흡착할 수 있으며, 흡착온도 0-50도, 흡착시간 2-12시간에서 수피-유청단백질 복합체 또는 PAs-유청단백질 복합체 제조가 가능함을 나타낸 것이다. 그리고 이렇게 얻어진 복합체는 가축의 기능성 단백질 사료는 물론 기능성 식품 등에 사용할 수 있다.
