PURPOSE: A patty compression-molding apparatus is provided to consecutively supply lumpy type patty on a belt conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A patty compression-molding apparatus comprises a belt conveyor(1) which moves patties rearward, a patty passing unit(2) which comprises side plates and an upper plate, a patty opening and closing unit(3) which permits or prevents the movement of the patty which moves by the operation of a first cylinder, a compression-molding unit(4) for compression-molding the patty by the operation of a second cylinder, and a control unit which controls the first cylinder and second cylinder.본 발명은 벨트컨베이어에 덩어리 형태의 분육을 연속적으로 공급하면서 덩어리 형태의 분육을 자동을 압축 성형할 수 있는 분육 압축 성형장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은, 모터 구동부를 가지며 공급된 분육체를 후방으로 이동시키는 벨트컨베이어와； 상기 벨트컨베이어에 구비되며, 분육체 감지센서가 구비된 양 측대와 상판으로 구성된 분육체 통과부와； 상기 분육체 통과부의 후방에 구비되어 제1 실린더의 작동을 통해 이동되는 분육체의 이동을 차단하거나 개방하는 분육체 개폐부와； 상기 상판에 구비되며, 제2 실린더의 작동을 통해 분육체를 압축 성형하는 압축 성형부와； 상기 분육체 감시센서부에서 분육체 감지신호가 입력되면, 상기 모터 구동부와 제1 실린더 및 제2 실린더를 제어하여 분육체를 압축 성형시킨 후 후방으로 배출시키는 제어부를； 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
