PURPOSE: A light emitting diode for a plant growth is provided to have the function of leading the pore opening during excellent plant photosynthesis and a photomorphogenesis from one equipment provided. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting diode has a wavelength of 440-460 nm of a blue LED chip(10) and one of them is a red phosphor which includes at least two different fluorescent colors of powder(12).The fluorescent colored powder gets mixed with a transparent and an encapsulated substance and they change into a mixed substance which encapsulates the blue LED chip. The red phosphor emits lights which has a wavelength of 600-780 nm. The red phosphor is silicon nitride, specifically; a silicon nitride contains some calcium doped with rare earth elements. The encapsulated material is a silicone gel. The phosphor powders are evenly mixed with the encapsulated substance.
