The present invention is a food product drying apparatus and its method thereof. In particular, the invention discloses a rotary dryer which dries coffee-in the form of cherry or parchment / spices, ground nuts, fruits with little changes, by rotation within a cylindrical barrel with inner radial separators, to prepare the parchment, and other agricultura! products for drying. The dryer provides even drying for all the beans and temperature is controlled with digital controllers.
