PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for forming a fundus image by carrying out image processing corresponding to each of a plurality of light sources in configuration provided with one imaging element.SOLUTION: This fundus imaging apparatus includes an illuminating optical system for illuminating an eye to be examined with light from a plurality of light sources comprising an observation visible light source for emitting visible light when observing the eye to be examined, an observation infrared light source for emitting infrared light when observing the eye to be examined, and a photographing visible light source for emitting visible light when photographing and recording a static image of the eye to be examined and an imaging means for receiving reflected light from the eye to be examined through a photographing optical system. The fundus imaging apparatus selectively switches and lights the plurality of light sources, and uses a set of image parameters corresponding to each of the plurality of light sources to carry out image processing to the fundus image of the eye to be examined, acquired by the imaging means.
