The purpose of the present invention is to secure the surface area of a structure containing a volatile medicinal agent to thereby prevent the reduction in the volatilization volume of the volatile medicinal agent even when the whole size of the structure is reduced, and to reduce the surface area of a portion of the whole surface of the structure which can contact with the inner wall of a container as possible to thereby avoid the prevention of the volatilization of the volatile medicinal agent and prevent the contamination of the container.
