PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic substance container which efficiently volatilizes volatilization components from a bead-like aromatic, secures sufficient aroma duration by suppressing the volatilization of the volatilization components, and facilitates exchange of a decoration of a decoration surface arranged so as to be seen easily.SOLUTION: The aromatic substance container 10 volatilizes the volatilization components by securing air passages within a container main unit 11 that holds many bead-like aromatics 12 volatilizing the volatilization components and by passing air through gaps between the particles of the bead-like aromatics 12. The aromatic substance container comprises the container main unit 11 and a cover body 14 and the container main unit 11 is attachable to the cover body 14. The cover body 14 has a front plate 20 arranged to cover an aperture surface 11a with air holes 15 of the container main unit 11 in such a way that a gap 30 is kept between the aperture surface 11a and the front plate. The front plate 20 is attached detachably to a mounting support part 22 of the cover body 14.
