The present invention relates to a process for dyeing human keratin fibres, comprising the application to the said fibres of: - at least one composition (A) comprising - at least a first compound of the iridoid family of defined formulae and at least a second compound chosen from amines, composition (A) having a pH of less than or equal to 9.5, and at least one composition (B) comprising at least one oxidizing agent, composition B being applied after a leave-on time of at least 30 minutes after application of composition A.
